We use reliable security and encryption systems to ensure the confidentiality of payment transactions and the protection of personal information during browsing or purchasing.

The customer has the right to request the deletion or modification of his data at any time by contacting us directly via official email or WhatsApp.

Scope of services:
Keerki offers only two main services:

Trade Services for Merchants: This includes large trade purchases from China, which are carried out only through direct contact or visits to the office in Guangzhou.

Quick Search Service: This is a paid service offered via video call (Zoom or Google Meet) to view prices and sources directly from China, for those searching for rare auto parts or specific products.

Payment:

All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

Payment is made only through the official website online.

Express Search Service: A $49 deposit is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining $49 is due after the call and after the customer is satisfied with the level of service provided.

Implementation and dates:

Services are provided during business hours in China from 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday).

If the customer does not attend the booked appointment without prior notice, the order will be considered cancelled without a refund .

Prices displayed during the service are based on Chinese market data at the time of search and may change later.

Intellectual property rights:

All digital files (PDF, Excel, research reports, catalogs) and all contents of the Keerki website are the exclusive intellectual property of Keerki Limited .

No content may be redistributed, published, or sold without prior written permission.

Digital files:

1. Once you receive the digital file (PDF or Excel), there is no refund because the content is sent immediately to your email.
   
2. In the event of a technical error or a clear discrepancy in the content from the published description, the company may be contacted within 3 days of purchase to address the issue.
   

Quick search service:

1. The $49 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. The remaining amount will be completed only when the client is satisfied with the final results.
3. If the service is not provided by the company, the full amount will be refunded within 5-15 business days .

Recovery method:

1. All refunds (if any) will be made to the same original payment method, i.e. to the same account from which the funds were initially paid.
