The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data he provides, and any error in the information may affect the service without any liability on Kirkee.

Kirkee also does not offer any free consultations, and all services are only available through paid options.

Payment:

All prices are displayed in US dollars or Hong Kong dollars, and payment is only made through the official website online.

Implementation and dates:

All services are provided during official working hours in China from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday .

Intellectual property rights:

Return Policy

All Kirkee services and Kirkee digital products are non-refundable after payment, except in the following cases only:


  • In consultation services: The client is entitled to a refund if he cancels the appointment at least two hours before the appointment.

  • In the event of any shortcomings on Kirki's part, such as failure to provide service or failure to comply with what was agreed upon.

  • If the service is not provided at the agreed-upon time, whether it is a consulting service or a business representation service, because the client is the one who chooses the appointment, and if the appointment is exceeded without the service being provided by Kirki, the client has the right to a refund.

  • For digital files (PDF or Excel): The amount cannot be refunded after sending, but the customer can contact us within 3 days in case of a technical malfunction or a clear difference from the description to address the problem.

How to retrieve:

Refunds are processed — subject to the conditions being met — using the same original payment method and to the same account from which the payment was made. The amount may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear, depending on the bank's policy.
