What is an instant search service?
Kirkee's instant search service is a unique experience that helps you find the right product or supplier in China through a live call with the Kirkee team.
After paying the service fee ($32), the customer selects a suitable appointment time from the calendar, and Kirkee's team contacts him at the appointed time.
During a call lasting 30 to 60 minutes, live searches are conducted on Chinese websites (1688, Taobao, etc.) and suppliers and prices are reviewed instantly.
The service is advisory only and does not include purchasing or negotiation, but it gives the client an accurate and quick overview of the Chinese market.

Payment and Return Policy
- The appointment can be cancelled and the money refunded up to 3 hours before the appointment.
- After this time or after the call has been made, the service is considered terminated and non-refundable.
- If Kirkie's team is late or the service is not delivered on time, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
